3D Model Viewer
betaThis free 3D model viewer opens Blender (.blend), glTF/GLB, OBJ, STL, FBX and PLY files right in your browser — no Blender install, no sign-up. Orbit and zoom around the model, switch to wireframe, hide individual objects, check vertex and triangle counts, play glTF/FBX animations and save a PNG screenshot. Everything is rendered on your device with WebGL; your model is never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
Is my 3D model uploaded?
No. Files are read and rendered entirely in your browser with WebGL, so your model never leaves your device.
Which formats can it open?
Blender .blend (saved in Blender 5.0 or newer), glTF and GLB (including Draco and meshopt compression), OBJ with MTL, STL (ASCII and binary), FBX and PLY. Older .blend files show a message asking you to re-save them in Blender 5+ or export to .glb.
Can I open a model from a link?
Yes. Paste the URL and press Open, or share /tools/3d-viewer?url=… — your browser downloads the file directly from that site. The site must allow cross-origin downloads (CORS); if it does not, download the file and drop it in instead.
Why are my glTF or OBJ textures missing?
Those formats keep geometry, materials and textures in separate files. Drop the .gltf or .obj together with its .bin, .mtl and image files so the viewer can find them.
Does it work offline?
Yes. GoodWebTools is a PWA; once the viewer has been opened online it keeps working without a connection for local files.
